Step 1: Document Your Journey
Take Before/After pictures every month for 180 days, starting with one baseline picture before beginning.
Step 2: Use the Device Daily
Use at least 6x/week for 180 days, 30 minutes per session.
Step 3: Money-Back Terms
- First 30 days: Return for any reason for a full refund
- Days 31-180: Eligible for refund if no results after 100 days of consistent usage
Step 4: Return Process
- Send us your feedback and monthly photos
- Note any concurrent hair loss products used
Note: Customer is responsible for shipping costs and tracking for both 30 and 180 day returns.
Warranty
We are offering a 1-year warranty for our product.
The legal warranty covers any hardware defects presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
